hit up some New Skin. that shit is bananas!
There is an article on how to take care of calluses so they don’t rip.
Use industrial taping, with a rough side. I do this for all strongman training.
Friend of mine tore all skin off his hands doing rope climbs(coming down actually), and he also used the tape to be able to train.

This is great advice, New Skin works wonders but it hurts…bad. I have seen many people hear that it hurts but don’t believe it and find out themselves the hard way. Be prepared for the pain and keep your hand as wide open as possible until it dries. I have done it many times myself and found the best thing is trimming them and using Corn Huskers Lotion regularly.
You think yours are bad look at this girls.

Yup happens all the time pull a heavy maximal DL and grind it out your likly to rip a callaus or two.
Try and keep them in check in the future. lotion daily get one of those pumice stones for feet etc and rub them down. You need the calluses but not in excess. They rip when they get very thick. Keep them thinner and more plyable with lotion and they are less likely to rip off.
They in my case heal quick you’ll be fine back to normal in no time.

Maybe other’s methods are better, but an easy solution for me is to slice the callus with a shaving razor. The more callus you want to take off the harder you press. No matter how hard your press you won’t cut yourself, at least where the finger meets the hand. I’m a little more careful at the midfinger area.
I haven’t had luck w/ the liquid bandage type stuff. Not to say it doesn’t work, it just never seemed to stick.
Corn Huskers Lotion is a great, non-oily lotion that will condition your skin. Use creamier, oily lotions at night. Putting the lotion on, or actully products like Utter Butter work real well, and put latex gloves on and go to bed.
Callus planers and files work very well too. Best to use after doing the dishes, or the shower, when the skin is soft.
