tbh i really don’t like the look synthol gives i think jay looks horrible and so does phil

there is a recent vid of jay in india and he looks a downright embarrassment to the sport he is so full of oil

im guessing kai has alot too but it doesn’t show at all

Anyone else follow this guy’s work? He seems like a great guy and appears to have made a full life for himself with training, supplement, and real estate businesses and a rich social life-much more than could be said about men who just chased a pro card at the expense of much else. He’s gotten a lot of criticism on the 'net because of his fashion sense and the perception that he’s just a lazy guy who mooches and lifts all day, but he seems sincere to me and I enjoy his videos. He loves interacting with fans.

I personally know Rich, well… used too. My mom is great friends with his wife, now ex, and ever since the last time I saw him he’s changed quite a bit. The tattoos are all relatively new. In fact, I was quite shocked to see this posted and when I saw all his tattoos I was even more shocked.

Well, was he still that enormous back when you knew him? That would probably answer the question well enough.

I doubt that considering he’s poked with needles daily

Rich was indeed, very enormous when I knew him.

He’s also like 6’2
