Ribose and L-Glutamine

I’m thinking of purchasing the supplements Ribose and L-Glutamine. I have been on Creatine for sometime now, but it hasn’t really done much for me and I need something to help boost my recovery. My question is, is it better to take 100% pure Ribose and then take Creatine at the same time, or is it better to use a supplement which contains both Ribose and Creatine. For supplements that contain both Ribose and Creatine, I noticed that the directions say nothing about loading, I thought that for Creatine products, there has to be a loading phase?
