I am somewhat of a budget and want to get the most out of my Ribose-C. Tim once said that he only uses it on training days. I was thinking of loading with a powder which I have, then maintaining with the Ribose-c. Has anyone used this dosing protocol of Traning days only and got good results?..and do you think it would be nessessary to load up. I havn’t used creatine in about two months.
Sounds like a plan, although I don’t think loading is all that necessary.
