Rhodiola Rosea Extract (RRE) for the Roundtable Folks

I’ve read that some European studies have demonstrated that RRE is quite effective at increasing the rate of release of fatty acids from adipose tissue for use as energy, both at rest and after exercise. I’m curious as to whether any of the Roundtable crew (Doug, Brock, Bill, Cy, Chris, or somebody else maybe?)are familiar with the actual research literature, and whether this product is a legitimate fat loss agent.

Supplementwatch.com provided some of the more interesting (and positive) information that I have read regarding RRE, which has piqued my curiosity even more.
