Hello guys! Check out the second exercise this guy do in the video. You probably won’t understand what he is saying because it’s in portuguese, but he calls it a “reverse stiff leg deadlift” and says it’s good for people with pre-existent lower back problems or people whose lower back tire before hamstrings during stiff leg deadlifts.
Never seen these before, so I’m sharing with you.
(the bar is about one centimeter above the floor during the exercise)
Perhaps he must have built his ‘base’ using the bilateral squats and deadlifts, then switched over to his current routine…?
What is this ‘base’ you speak of?
So he got his legs up to the size they are now (the ‘base’ I speak of) with bilateral squats and deadlifts, and then was genetically gifted enough to switch to his current leg routine without losing much leg mass?
