I’m starting to go to the gym after my finals (I’ve been buried under my books for the lady few months) and I’d like to regain my lost muscle mass (and strength) and I’ve seen a post of Matt ogus which talked about this kind of set/rep scheme for everybody was ample margin c’è progress his loads (beginners or someone getting back to training)
So what do you think about my arrangement:
M/W/F two way split
A:
MAIN LIFTS: Bench Press, Barbell Row, Back Squats: 3 sets 1x6-8, rest 3 mins, 1x8-10, rest 3 mins, 1x10-12
ACCESSORY LIFTS: 1xdouble rest pause Barbell curl, skullcrushers
B
MAIN LIFTS: Standing Press, Chin ups, RDLs: 3 sets 1x6-8, rest 3 mins, 1x8-10, rest 3 mins, 1x10-12
ACCESSORY LIFTS: 1xdouble rest pause Laterale Raises, Calf Raise
