i heard that it is good for heavy person how have some difficulty to do regular chin ups. so can anybody teach me somethink about this means how can i do it?

Huh? What are you asking here?
Set a bar in the power rack at about waist height. Now lay on your back underneath the bar, reach up and grab it using a bench press width grip (your back shouldn’t touch the ground when you are gripping the bar).
Now simply pull yourself up until your the bar touches you just below the chest. You can start with your feet on the floor, if that’s too easy elevate them on a bench.
Basically think of it as a bodyweight row, not a chin up.

Just do the regular chinups with a chair or stool underneath you.
When you cant lift your weight, use your feet to give you a bit of a hand. But just enough to get you up. If you use to much of your legs you wont get your back as strong as quick.
Oh yah, and wrap one of your legs around the opposite calf, so there is only one foot pushing off.
Doing inverted rows, I dont know many people that can do a decent amount of strict inverted rows and cant do pullups.

thank you all for there help. my chin ups and pull ups are very poor . i can do more than 2-3 reps. i heard that reverse pull can help , so i asked about it.
