Does anyone know how wide the grip for reverse barbell curls should be?
I’m not sure but I do them with my thumbs about 15 inches apart. Any closer than this and I feel pain in my wrist. I think whatever distance that you can do the exercise comfortably and with correct form is a good distance.
When doing reverse barbell curls one must keep their
hands at 43 1/4 " apart otherwise the synergistic and
physiological effects will be severely diminished, and of
course your erections wont be as strong. You might passout
as well, but that is quite uncommon.
