I haven’t worked out in three months due to exams and laziness but I’m now 100%. Committed to going back into training. I. Want to start tomorrow morning but i have a slight problem. The following week i cannot train due to exams therefore should i wait to train until the week after my exams or start tomorrow and take the following week off?
You should stop making fucking excuses and go train. Just because you have exams doesn’t mean you can’t train. I’m in college, so I’ve taken a few tests. You can find an hour a day. If you find this difficult because you feel the need to study all day and night, you should learn to stop procrastinating and study throughout the semester.
I’m a division 1 athlete and I have a 3.6+ GPA, I’m studying to become a surgeon, and I have a shit ton of free time, even during exams. Learn how to organize your time more efficiently.

x2
And well put. I was going to say something along those same lines, but just couldn’t figure out how to word it.
Everytime I hear a college student talk about stress and time crunches I want to punt a kitten. Unless they’re working full time and/or have kids.
There will always excuses if you want to find them. Next week, you’re going to want to buy some protein powder before you start training, then you’re going to want to find the best program before you start, and then you’ll want to buy some shorts to train in.
Walk into the gym, do something, go home, repeat.
Those are good links. I havent read those in a while.
