It is good. It’s an online friend of mine who lives interstate. He has done a few powerlifting comps and coached a few other lifters. He does my programming and uses videos to assess form and identify weak areas to work on. It has been very liberating having someone do a program and then all I have to do is load up the bar and hit the required reps. I would deff recommend it.
Yea man, personal training is a bit out of my price range at the moment, but when I get sufficient financial resources, I definitely think I’ll try it out. It sounds absolutely worth it, and like you said, it sounds pretty awesome to give control of the programming to someone else
