Felt really shit today folks. I’m prepping for a test on June 15 (been studying since December), and I think the stress is fucking me up a bit in the gym.
Y’all have a good day. Nice and sunny here. Hope it’s good in your respective climates haha
That could indeed be the case.
But releasing some of the stress in the bar, is a good cure.
Yea you’re right. I’m gonna try to be in at least maintenance mode leading up to this thing
Time to just focus on bodyweight moves and pumping those arms? I get that prepping for a test can be stressful. Program the study just like you do with training and try to have some relaxing down time. You’ll do fine mate it’s not in your nature to fail.
Thanks mate. I’m just drilling mock exams over and over right now. The test is called Chartered Financial Analyst Level II Exam (passed the first one in December), and it’s pretty tough for me to understand a lot of the concepts. I’m just trying to stay on top of it.
I really appreciate the kind words Simo. Hope your kids are well (probably should be getting out for break soon if you guys are on the same schedule we are in the US!)

Hey friends, what’s up? Long time no see. Just got back from Las Vegas and flying to Scotland in two days. Still studying for my exam on June 15. Hope you guys are well.
Just giving a bit of an update. Consistent programming will begin on June 16. Between touring in Scotland and studying during spare time, I probably won’t be lifting much. However, I will be staying active by walking and maybe doing push-ups and such. I did an average of 10 miles walking per day in Las Vegas, so I definitely stayed active there.
I’m just letting y’all know I’m still gonna get fucking swole eventually and that I haven’t forgotten about your logs & training. Gonna catch up on your logs after my test.
Train hard everyone, and have a good day
Enjoy the time seeing the world.
Hey little Rat good to hear from you, enjoy Scotland, prepare for the exam, I’ll cross my fingers on the 16’th.
Thanks a lot Mort. I’ll definitely need the luck ![]()
Cross your fingers on the 15th instead haha. I’ll be taking it on the 15th and starting training back on the 16th. I just said the 16th because I know I won’t have the energy to train after that exam
Good to hear from you too buddy. Keep lifting and getting strong, and I’ll do the same after my exam ![]()
Good to hear from you ratty. Hope you have a great break, good luck with that exam and can’t wait to see you back in here smashing out some PRs
Thanks mate. I’m excited to come back recovered and ready to go
