I don’t really have high or low I just sit the bar somewhere up there on the traps and squat!! Lol
I guess I really should consider trying some low bar this year.
Yea I’d say that’s technically high bar. Low bar is where the weight is on your rear delts
The bar sitting down there feels very odd to me. I guess it’s something you have to practice like any other movement. I think I’ll talk to the coach around working on these this year.
