Really like your workouts Rat.
So simple and no fluff work, wish I could do it. But I have to do this and that, I’m trying to cut it down.
Looking in here gives great motivation.

Thanks Mort! I like your workouts too. We’ve all got to do what works best for us psychologically. It gives me motivation to see you pushing hard in your workouts. That’s the benefit of a community buddy. Are you doing the transformation 2020 @mortdk

haha no I’m not, laughing because no matter how hard I train or not, I’m more or less the same end lifting almost the same.
It could be fun though to train for something like the commited one.

Hey maybe it would give you some more fun motivation for your training! Maybe like you said you could try cutting down on the amount of total work but upping specificity towards the things you want to improve. I’ve actually found a benefit in doing less. Kind of funny actually because less really is more
