Jesus I’m weak after that trip. Horrible sleep, alcohol every day, maybe 40 grams of protein per day for a full week. Plus this fucking chest thing still hasn’t healed. I’m gonna stick to movements that don’t aggravate it. Time to start eating and sleeping right. I’ll probably be back up to where I was in a week or two.

I wouldn’t worry about it mate. Its 1 week out of many. Just focus on good food and lots of water to rehydrate this week and the strength will re-appear.
