New PR- 220x8 on seated cable rows

I started doing some grip work last night. I figured extra grip strength couldnt be a bad thing and besides, big forearms look bad ass.

Heres what my diets been looking like lately…trying to lean out some for the time being so the calories are a little low:

8 am- 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 cup kashi cereal, 1 cup skim milk, 2 fish oils

10 am- protein shake, apple

12:30 pm- Big ass turkey sandwich (8-10 oz turkey), 2 cups veggies, 2 fish oils

3:30- protein shake, 1/2 cup almonds

6:30- lean meat(whatever mom cooked), 2 cups veggies, maybe some brown rice/pasta

8:30- PWO (Surge, whey, creatine)

10 pm- 1 cup FF cottage cheese, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, 2 fish oils

Iv decided to lower my weight and bring my feet in on squats. I did front squats tonight with my feet on some 5 lb plates and went ass to grass. Best set was 205 lbs for 4. I was smacking the bars in the squat rack I was going so low. It was cool and my quads feel realll nice right now. I think I am going to keep this exercise in my rotation and bring in my stance on back squats too.

Sorry, been busy. I took a couple of weeks off from heavy back squatting and got back after it today. 315x4, 255x10, 225x20.

Not too bad with the front squats, just trying weaning off from the 5lb plates soon, try using 2.5 lb plates, and then the next week do it with any plate. The weight and quad size will come.

I can do front squats to a decent depth as it is, but cant touch my hams to my calves unless I have my heels up. It was more of a shits and giggles thing that workout, haha. Speaking of front squats, theyre up in the rotation for wednesday…
