I have been on anadrol 50 now for several days… I have put on just huge amounts of size… The gains are literally explosive and I am on 500mg test weekly 250mg twice a week .
I am 40 and I eat plenty and I have also noticed that when I do add some carbs esp. right after a work out say 1600 cals of complex carbs … It also just increases size and I feel strength way more than just very high protien .
I do understand that as Anadrol gains are quick … it can also be fleeting. I have put on 15 pounds in just a few days and I have upped every lift so much that … I cannot hide it I work out with an intensity that borders rage … and its very noticeable by everyone < and I dont give a chyte>. My question is … after this few days of Anadrol and in to the next 12 weeks or so of test … how much of those gains can I expect to keep? I work out my entire body 4 times a week and I have PCT covered … and I feel that test taper is the best protocol for that … I eat over 5 doz eggs whole a week . I have brown rice Post work out only . yes I have no problem at all getting 5000 cals a day. I eat about 7 bananas a day a gallon of milk daily 2%. I will keep the intensity up even durring PCT. I work out for approx 3 hours 3 - 4 times a week … Entire body. Actually everytime I go to the gym.I change things up everyday and I go most of the time until Insane intensity failure.

Anadrol is synonymous with temporary gains, you should have known that. As far as your permanent gains, they will be mostly whatever you gain from the Test. At that length, I’d go with upwards of ~18lb or more depending on how well you lift afterwards. You say you have PCT covered; no offense, but everybody says that and half the time they have it all backwards.
I really hope you just mean that you’re at the gym for 3 hours, because you can’t honestly think that it’s normal, or for that matter wise to work out for 3 hours in a day. Do NOT keep that intensity when you come off, it’s redundant.
You say you take about 1600 calories of carbs post workout. Now honestly, how long do you think it’s going to take for all the protein to be absorbed if you have to digest through 1600 calories of carbs simultaneously?
Being on AAS isn’t synonymous with excess and redundancy. You have the concept of intensity down, without a doubt. But you can’t just go into a gym balls-to-the-wall without some kind of curriculum. What is your PCT like? Don’t tell me it’s just a huge amount of Nolvadex or Clomid for 3 weeks.
The first time I took Anadrol I gained about 14 pounds in the first 2 weeks of a 8 week test/drol cycle. It felt great nothing blows you up like drol, or should I say bloats you up. When the cycle was done I was up about 30 pounds, and at least 60 pounds of strength in all 3 major lifts. When I came off using conventional PCT I lost about half of both weight and strength.
I made the mistake of attempting to keep my strength up training the same. Big mistake as every workout got harder and harder and my form began to suffer. Point being, be prepared for the loss of both size and strength when you come off, and don’t try to train at the same levels you did while on drol. Frustration and injury will be your only reward.
I will keep the intensity in check afterwards I love the size and will listen to what will help keep the most.
I would hope that what I gain on the Drol will not be lost completley and that the next 12 weeks of test will eventually eclipse the drol gains after a time … I do eat a shit load of carbs after I work out I also take Pre … durring and post work out protein with me … along with 20grams of BCAA before and 20 Just before my last excersise. I say 3 hours but… I have Bronchiactis wich is a condition of scar tissue in the lungs that causes problems and my O2 utilization isnt as effecient as most people but … the Asthma control is why I started to work out 3 yrs ago . So… I do supersets and rest. I drink plenty of water .
I train very heavy with adequate rest in between sets. But my endurance is much improved. My pre work out meal is Red beans and brown rice with 50 grams of whey… 90 minutes prior … pre work out 30 minutes is Protein 50 grams with 10grams of Createin with 20 grams BCAA.
Durring the work out I have a 64 oz rubbermaid container with Crushed Ice skim milk 32 oz and 6 scoops of protein< chocolate> 150 grams I drink durring the 3 hour stay.
I throw in the 20 grams of BCAA in the last say 6 OZ of the 64 OZ milk just before I begin my last set.
I will be getting some Power Drive starting next week to help with my CNS recovery.Always soak in the Jaccuzi afterwards and shower.
Post work out I stop by the grocery store < still pumped up and jamming to my Ipod> and shop. I get a nice cut beef or pork about 1 - 2 pounds. about 10 bananas and a bag of red deliscious apples. Broccoli and carrots.
I have a 20 pound bag of brown rice.
I also have a salad with about 8oz of cottage cheese and no dressing I use a spice that is very hot or I use some juice from a jar of Pickled habaneros .
I cook the steak and rice and eat. I have about 25 grams of protein every 2 hours untill bed.
I drink usually a Gallon of milk a day 2%.
Fish oil 1200mg a day. I only cook with Olive oil Or Avacado oil.
Twice a week I have had 90 minute accupressure < That is good but sometimes they guy seems like he is tryin ta kill me>.
Nightly is a half bag Of Epsom salt in a Hot bath. Cost about $1.< sleep like a baby > Bed Time shake is chocolate protein 50 grams with a serving of Cottage cheese with 3 table spoons of Olive oil and 3 fish oil tabs
On wake up I have a 1200 Cal shake. Walk the Fat 180 pound Rottie its a 3 mile Ordeal.
The Largest meal is probably breakfast thats around 8 whole eggs milk 24oz 3 bananas 4 peices of whole wheat toast with real butter 1 pat each.1 cup of Quaker Oats.
On days I work … I keep caloties high if I can but its tough… I walk about 12 miles a day at work approx.
I keep a half gallon of Whole milk mixed with 6 scoops of protein I nurse durring the work day 12 hours.Its a non stop Job. I eat a < egg ham shredded sharp cheddar> about 24 oz salad with Romaine and escarole. 6 servings of cottage cheese… and about a half cup of walnuts. < about 1500 cals > for lunch and another 2200 with the milk and protein.
Just at work I get about 3700 cals or so.
PCT: I have set aside some TestE for taper after 12 weeks from now < 1st injection 500mg Test E was almost 18 days ago and I have done 250 on mondays and 250mg on Fri>
Yes I do have Nolva and clomid. HOWEVER, I will do a test taper. I have heard that a 12 week taper isnt necessary with only 500mg a week of Test E but I do have that set aside to follow the protocol discussed on here If I need less I would like to know. I also have some Clenbuterol and salbutol to help with retaining muscle while on PCT.
I will keep cals high but will include more protein and less carbs while in PCT. I will also include more meat as protein source and healthy fats.
Well It does feel good with the Jaccuzi… But if its best to not do then its OUT. I will shower and hit the pool for about 15 minutes. I havent had any acne at all but I think the epsom salt baths also help with that. Or Just I havent Had time to get it yet.
Ohh BTW I had shoulder problems in the past … Is there any anti Inflamitory drugs that can be used and NOT prevent protein synthesis? Shoulder is good now. Just want to know.
