I lawled when you said NO Xplode.
BWAHAHAHA, YOU “lawled”?? I’ve been “lawling” my balls off for awhile now. All this nutrition advice coming in from people with “years training: 2” and Bodyfat %'s of “Too high” “higher than it should be” and “25%”.
Who’s going to take any nutritional advice seriously that comes from someone with over 25% bodyfat?
Maybe you should get off the T-boards and get your fat (and newb) asses in the gym.[/quote]
Well, I could list my credentials and stats but really what would that prove to a guy who clearly can’t comprehend what many others are saying on here.

This coming from a guy with no pictures in his profile…
Look, you are a level 3 here, that either means you have been around a while or you placed the worlds largest one time order. If the former is the case, how have you not picked up the information that NO products are not effective?
Also, how have you not picked up on the fact that progress will come over time with or without supplements if you are training hard and eating right? Certainly in 8 weeks your bench should go up 5 pounds if you are only benching 205. No supplement need be responsible for that.

Thanks for allowing me to lawl further. My credentials aren’t updated (nor will they be until the end of the summer) but I’m 185 pounds, 15, and bench more then you do! (Probably aswell as the other lifts too… your knowledge makes you seem like a “I do chest/biceps everyday” guy.)
Then again, I spend money on supplements that will actually HELP me… and actual clean food, like steak and what have you.
I tried explaining to you that I was here to help you, but you only took to heart my one line of negativity (“I lawled when you said NO Xplode”) Pity really. Anyways, good luck dude.

I think you really mis-read or just didn’t understand my initial post. 8-9 weeks ago I wasn’t benching 205x9…it was probably closer to 205 x 6. after about 4 weeks of NO it eventually got up to 205x9 and then idled for four weeks. Until this past week, it went up to 210x10 (supposedly 1RM of 280).
I’ve been on NOxplode plenty of times before and I always make gains right off the bat for the first few weeks and then stall out for the last half (or “maintain”). If it were “the placebo effect” why would my gains stop? If NO doesn’t work for you- fine. Maybe you’re just a dipshit who can’t follow the “don’t use on a full stomach” guidelines.
I know what supplements are “the sugar pill” and I have taken them before. The placebo effect did not take place. If I didn’t make gains on something- it certainly wasn’t because of some ridiculous pre-conceived notion that I wouldn’t, but because the actual product was CRAP (i.e. a placebo).
Some here have claimed that if they gave me sugary piss-water called “super anabolic something or another” and I buy into that- my belief in it will make me fucking swole? Are you fucking serious? I’m not going to start benching 315 because I think I’m taking steroids.
I make gains on NO xplode in conjunction with or without cellmass. “The placebo effect” doesn’t affect every person in the same way…or didn’t you know that?
Feel free to go judge my credentials. I at least put up a rate my pic thread and it seems to be scoring reasonably well on here which says that I do something decent considering here is the hardest bunch of critics.
Also I was explaining the placebo effect to you since you do not understand it. I didn’t say you were benching 315 due to a placebo effect but you putting 5 lbs on a lift and 1 more rep on an already mid-high rep range can most definitely be attributable to the placebo effect. Because you believe that you can lift the weight that is within your physiological capabilities you do indeed lift the weight. You were already capable of doing 210x9 you’re mind just didn’t think you could do it. By taking a supplement i.e. any supplement you can trick your mind into thinking it will make you stronger when in fact it may not do a damn thing. And if you do not believe that it will work and make you stronger/bigger/whatever then you wouldn’t have bought it. Expectations can most definitely be limited by the mind.
Feel free to check my profile or my RMP thread “6 months cutting” and you can see my results and whether or not I have credibility.

whatever man. keep on flaming if it makes you feel better. you are a big man on the internet
Something as trivial as getting enough sleep could easily explain the subtle increase you saw. No doubt Surge is a great product, but I would hardly attribute its use to a ‘gain’ that small.
I also don’t understand the need to get hostile towards others offering legitimate input.
