Results So Far. Low Dose Anadrol

My Arms aren’t 16 1/2 in, granted I’m extremely, extremely short and my arms aren by far my worst body part. For someone 5’4-5’6, 16 1/2 inch arms will look quite large, for someone 5’10+… not so much

The average male arm flexed from what I recall is only 13-14 inches in diameter… the expectation for the average male to be able to achieve an 18-20 inch bicep isn’t realistic. I’ll never have 20 inch arms, 17 if I’m lucky, however height is a huge limiting factor for me

I am talking recreationally, actually. Medical pot wasn’t even really a thing in the US when I started smoking. It’s only in the last few years that it became fully legalized in some states and so the medical products are now easily obtainable everywhere through the black market. Sure, getting blazed isn’t as exciting or interesting as it was when I started, but I still have my reasons. It continues to be enjoyable and serve it’s purpose all these years later and I know countless people who indulge the same as I do.

I agree with you, there is so much BS out here in general when it comes to substsances. Society apparently just has a super hard time separating what has become taboo from actual dangers. I believe that can be observed to spill over into the scientific work coming out of any particular society when one looks at it objectively. Maybe you are familiar with the current controversy around vaping in the US; despite many studies from international organizations finding that vaping is a least “safe-ER” than smoking cigarettes, there is this hysteria coming from the media right now that basically posits taking one puff from a vape could end you lol. People who are more aware realize there is just a bad batch of illicit THC catridges going around causing these recent cases of lung problems from vaping (I mean, vaping came out at least 10 years ago and this is the first anyone has heard anything like this. Meanwhile, the THC catridges are only like 2 years old). No one seems interested in the real reason anymore one the hysteria is in “full swing,” though.

Yes, it appears Trump has recommended a flat out ban on vaping entirely, other countries (India) are banning E-cigarettes and whatnot in it’s entirety too. The hysteria is caused by media sensationalism, however there’s been about 14 FDA confirmed vaping related deaths, the vast majority of which have been linked too black market THC cartridges (in which case, shouldn’t the message be to legalise and regulate the cartridges?)… of the cases linked to ordinary vaping, carrot juice has killed a few people too (vaping is considerably more dangerous though)… Cigarettes kill almost 500,000 people yearly, yet there is push too raise the legal limit too purchase tobacco (like that’ll actually help… seriously when has an age limit stopped kids from drinking/smoking before)… what a load of shit, we need education, not further authoritarianism.

Cigarette smoking takes roughly 10 years off ones lifespan (statistically), and despite all the harms induced by cigarettes (I know many who have succumbed to cancers or had health issues related to cigarette smoking), I firmly believe even then the harms of tobacco is sensationalised/ blown out of proportion by the media. Sure, it’s terrible for you in a sense of longevity, cardiovascular and respiratory health etc, however now these scare tactics being promoted towards children are starting to send the message “fucking one cigarette kills, if you inhale some second hand smoke from that dude walking down the street you’re arteries will instantly block and you’ll drop dead”, this style of education merely creates distrust (or overt stigma) and creates a gap between people who will either demonise a certain demographic or start smoking themselves (my opinion anyway). Cigarettes aren’t safe (long term) and are highly, highly addictive, however places like northern Sydney (nanny city of all the nanny states in Aus… which is saying something) has outright banned smoking tobacco in public… anywhere (creating a huge dilemma for those heavily addicted, Nicotine patches here are extremely expensive and government aid to help those quit smoking regarding twelve step programs and whatnot is non-existent here), the government will never outright ban smoking here because… money, however they’re happy increasing tax/excises on cigarettes whilst providing no alternate avenue to help smokers quit. Vaping nicotine here is illigal (we are very backwoods in terms of many societal aspects regarding reform and new technology due to our god DAMN LIBERAL GOVERNMENT DAMMMMMMIIIIIITTTT). Seriously I wanted to die when they were voted in again…

There are more important things to worry about than vaping, seriously we need out priorities corrected. (gun violence, climate change, flaws in the criminal justice system, racial profiling, incarceration rates all come to mind as bigger issues). Some kid was hospitalised after smoking two juul pods (is that what they call it, those nicotine things with 20 cigarettes worth in a little pod capsule item or whatever) per day for a few years… that’s extensive abuse clearly, and shouldn’t be used for reason to ban vaping. Should we ban water if I decide to drink 15 gallons per day and die due to water intoxication. I suppose one can argue nicotine is a highly addictive chemical, while H2O isn’t, however inhaling however much two pods per day is (I presume) isn’t the norm.

I’ve taken a hit off of a THC cartridge once, I think my friend (in America) called it a dab pen? Pressed a button and breathed in, it was a pen with this oily looking yet solid substance at the bottom. I proceeded to make violent coughing and hacking sounds for about ten minutes, the level of irritation brought to my throat was unlike anything I’d ever experienced before… 3/10 can’t particularly recommend.

Is that right Mike503. Who is DemanDimon? How many subscriptions to porn and gay porn do you need?

I clicked on this post randomly. Glad I did.

Couldn’t have said it better myself. One thing about the US, nicotine patches, gums, lozenges are readily available and quite cheap. I’m one of those guys that was getting into smoking cigarettes right around the time that vaping first came out (~10 years ago) and moved to vaping immediately. Just before my cycle I stopped using my vape (nicotine) and switched to the gums/lozenges in the interest of harm reduction. If that wasn’t an option I would have continued vaping, but I digress. I found the switch easy and I like the lozenges a lot. They work well and are even more discreet than vaping. I don’t see myself switching back even though I enjoyed e-cigs for many years.

Based on the pictures, I don’t think I believe that 16.5" measurement. If lean, which OP is reasonably lean, 16.5 is actually pretty large (if measured correctly).

OP is a laborer, maybe he measured them with a tape measure. Mine are about 20" with that method.

Can you elaborate on this. What are people supposed to use?

Yall need to come to Amsterdam. Plenty of vaping shops to be had here.

So tape measure’s tape is generally made of steel. They are good for linear or straight measurements. Around a tight radius like an arm, and they kink, and will have large gaps between the arm and the tape.

There are tape measure that have soft tape made of soft plastic, but they are not what one would use for construction.

Oh my apologies I completely misinterpreted you. I figured that would just be common sense not to measure a body part with a metal tape measurer.

Now I realize what thread we are on and how little common sense the OP has. So I guess it wouldn’t suprise me if he used one lol

I’m actually going to be there come mid-late late December. I don’t vape so I probably won’t visit one of those shops though. I’ll go to you’re gym, you can watch me struggle to put up 240 at a bodyweight of like 155 (probably going to bulk up to 170-175 before I leave though to feel warm for the colder temperatures) and tear my rotator cuff whilst you smash 405 or whatever it is you can bench.

Then I’ll open up seven packets of Doritos and you’ll realise my eyes are red. “unreal24278, are you okay” and then I’ll say something along the lines of “cheese”, look at the ground for ten minutes and say “I’m totally fine dude what are you talking about”

I tried a cigarette back when I was fourteen, then again when I was fifteen after seeing those annoying “it’s a trap” advertisements, I found them immensely cringe and irritating and my teenage rationale at the time was something along the lines of “pfffft force you’re irritating ideologies on me, watch THIS”… que coughing and hacking sounds for fifteen minutes following by nearly throwing up. This thread is ridiculous already so I believe I’m allowed to make my derailing tangents a reality, I base this off of no evidence whatsoever.

LITERALLY all my friends smoke regularly and in high quantities so if second hand smoke is the thing that ends up killing me I’ll be extremely irritated. There is an implication between exposure and cardiovascular disease, however the correlation is relatively minimal compared to the risk factor of anabolic androgenic steroid abuse… soo I think I’m safe… If I die I can say it’s from steroids (albeit extremely low doses) and TRT (even though TRT isn’t correlated with premature cardiovascular disease, most medical professionals, nor the general populace know that) so there can be sensationalism at the hands of the death of this 18 year old kid from “hormone replacement therapy” despite numerous other compounding variables at stake that the media will decide to gloss over entirely.

I choose to believe it at least somewhat depends on frequency. I’m sure half a pack a day, or 10 cigs, is on the low end for the typical smoker in a day. If someone smokes 10 joints to the face of equal weight as a cig in a single day, every day, then I’m sure it would be very bad at that point. Even in my younger years when there was exaggerated levels of smoking due to immaturity, I don’t think I even averaged 2 joints a day if you consider how much I really inhaled in total. With the level of vaping I do now (just THC as I use the nicotine lozenges now), its like 10-20 puffs a day I guess. I don’t expect that to do much harm to me unless something goes horribly wrong.

Like cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (very unlikely)

Cannabis is unique in that it affects people differently (like all drugs), some can/appear to be able to use daily without any detriment to work ethic, lifestyle or cognitive function, if that’s you, you enjoy it and don’t perceive any negative effects then by all means toke up. If you notice it’s a problem, interfering with ability to work properly, short term memory appears shoddy and whatnot then perhaps a break would be in order. It’s a nice mellow feeling it gives off (I suppose this depends on the strain, there’s certainly a difference relating towards cannabinoid profiles, terpenes and whatnot, I used to think it was all the same… Then tried a few different types and realised it’s not all the same, unlike booze there is a profound difference in the way which different types of cannabis can have an affect barring mere potency). Theres certainly types which make me feel stimulated and open me up to new ideas and creativity… I dislike this, I don’t want a clear head with a normal conscious + increased introspectivity unless I’m with a very, VERY large group of people or going out, because chilling out whilst doling out an introspective persona sucks… makes me think about things seriously and thus the zany nature of the substance doesn’t shine, and with a clear head I can talk/think about it seriously (life, career prospects and whatnot) and I find little recreational value there.

I’ll buy that it exists but I’ve met 0 people that have had that lol. I bet carrots destroy some people. Half these kids these days are allergic to peanuts now. A reese’s cup kills them.

I know that when I was young, natural and extremely lean (strange how easy it was too be lean before I got married) I had 16.5" arms at 6’-0 tall and 175 lbs. I did not feel spectacularly massive. I would have been extremely disappointed to be that size and running cycles.

You guys, I have absolutely enjoyed this thread from beginning to end, but nothing can possibly touch the feeling I got when I dropped back in to see pictures of the guy who has repeatedly said that he “knows his body” in a hospital bed, still flexing his arms, which while vascular at the moment, are not particularly big and are embarrassingly small for anyone on gear.
