Hi all,
I won’t have access to a gym for a month or two so I bought a resistance band from Elite Fitness Systems and I was wondering if there were any good websites for resistance band workouts. I know it’s not the most optimal way of building muscle but it’s better than nothing. Right now I’m thinking of these few exercises to put into my routine:
Resistance band pushups
Shoulder Presses
Rows
Single Leg Deadlift/Squat
Squat Thrusts
Do you guys have any other recommendations on good exercises with a resistance band? Thanks a bunch.
