Dude, public school is free, and when I came here, ESL classes didnt even exist. What is your excuse now? I see it all the time, at the movies you see kids translating for their parents who have been here 20 yrs, and they still dont know the fucking English language.

It is not about judging someone for their language or lack of, but their intent or desire to learn the language here. The best thing we could do is eliminate bilingualism in schools. English should be the only language taught in classes and on forms. What’s next, do we all learn Arabic, Chinese, or some other ethnic language?

So true, Here in mexico eductaion is CRAP, the english that is taught in schools (even high school) is useless, well at least not for mantaining a conversation with an 8 year old USA boy.

And real english classes have to be taken privately, and they are very expensive, i and the ones who can pay for them obviouslly have money, so they don’t have to move to USA to find a job.

So poor people is the one who goes to USA to find a job, an as they didn’t have much education, well it is understandable that they have a hard time learning new words and using them with a proper structure (you don’t say: Hellow i Francisco, i want comida, etc).

As i said before, it’s gonna take them at least 2 years to get used to the structures and learning most of the words that are used in a conversation.

The biggest problem everyone seems to have with illegal immigrants is not even that they are illegal. It is the entitlement mindset coupled with the fact that they contribute very little to society while bringing in large amounts of crime and violence.

Sad to say, but if illegals as a whole acted a little more how the stereotypical Asian did, there wouldn’t be a problem.

Well that maybe a little exagerated, but i guess not everyone is interested in learning languajes or getting new skills.

I get your point, but not everyone is like that, at least ALL of the people i know that went to USA ilegally know that they have to learn english for mainly two reasons:

First: To get a decent job where you can interact with people.
Second: To live a normal life and have good relationships, i guess you can’t be a good parner if you don’t understand what the other person is telling you.

I feel bad for the people who doesn’t feel encouraged to get new skills and become a better person.

Education is also free in here and it is shit , so a 30 year old dude who works 15+ hours a day will have more interest in keeping his job and sleep a little rather than going to school.
Even thought that is not an excue for not trying to learn a languaje.

People break laws all the time, its just that illegal aliens get rewarded for it. Should people get some kind of financial benefit for jaywalking, or downloading songs from the internet? Should everyone get a free education for their children, free citizenship, free money for their children because they jaywalked or downloaded songs? Do people march in the streets for rights because they jaywalked or downloaded songs?

When does this greed end? You get free healthcare for breaking the law, we don’t. We all have to pay when you get sick, or have a baby. I dont want to pay because you are too greedy to pay.

Your people broke the law, and they have to pay for it. No benefits, no education, nothing but a deportation to the border.
