Reply to Coach Davies re:fat to fire at home

In response to your questions before, i don’t have anything to use for resistance at home at the moment. I’m planning on getting a medicine ball and rubber bands, and eventually a kettle ball. Right now all i have is a swiss ball and skipping rope. In previous years i’ve worked out very much like a powerlifter, but am no longer interested in being big or incredibly strong (more interested in being lean and in good physical shape). Can you give me some suggestions on how i can adapt fat to fire to my situation?
p.s. i live in a basement apartment with low ceilings, so burpees and jumping jacks are not an option.
