Repetition Work... For Meso's?

In a lot of program you see high rep work. however mesomorphs should keep a low volume of work and high intensity@acceleration if they want strength and size.

So I was wondering if that is optimal to do 12 reps as a mesomorph.

I can do 2 reps with my 80% max full squat, (the 80% 1RM TEST)

Try different periods of rep ranges. For a period of 4 weeks work with heavier weights, and then for another period of 4 weeks work on higher reps. Find which works better, then work that more. It’s always wise to cycle through all training parameters though, as you can always see benefits from change.
