Hi there first post, just started following the IBB program and what a blast, havent felt this sort of pump in a while. However after doing the first week of shoulders, i felt quite tired from it even with the rest days.
I noticed Chris mentions doing each one for atleast 2 weeks and not skipping a phase, but would it be bad to do a complete cycle then back to start again. I.e. spend 1 week on each phase then circle back and go again?
