Anti-BB program question

So, I’m through my first cycle of Anti-BB and it rocked. It was a bitch actually trying for those 10 sets of 5 this past week but it was worth it.

Now my question is this: Should I do something else for the next three weeks or can I go straight into another Anti-BB cycle? If so, should the poundages on the 5 sets of 10 days increase again for my next workout or is it better to use an undulating progression (i.e. using my 2nd week poundages as my 1st week poundage in the next cycle)?

And about the reluctant arm-training addendum - nothing to hesitate about. I used it, best damn arm gains of my life.

Glad you are progressing well with the program. Keep performing the routine until progress slows.
Here’s what you should change. First, you need to change the method with the opposite plane of movement. In other words, perform the next 3 week phase of the 5 X 10 method with horizontal plane exercises, and the 10 x 3 method with vertical plane exercises. Second, switch the lower body exercises. For example, if you used a deadlift variation for the 5 x 10 day, then switch to a squat (quad dominant) variation for the next three weeks. The 10 x 3 leg day also switches. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the advice Chad. I’ll do just that. And thanks for introducing me to a great program.
