I want to start renegade training. My only problem is that I am at the end of a powerlifting cycle and i want to know if i should get right in to the workout or give myself a week of active rest? I want to do the workout in the renegade artical, would I do this workout on monday, and friady and use wendsday for more upper body exercises (i.e. the bench press)? And what other articals have you wrote about this type of training, and where can i find them?
