Relative or Absolute Strength

In a mesocycle, in order, to improve the Strength it convene mainly to train a Relative Strength(1-4RM) or the Absolute Strength(3-6RM), making part of a macrocycle of a natural bodybuilder?

Bump!!!

Where did you get those definitions for relative and absolute strength, they are incorrect. I think I know what you’re asking, but your question makes no sense whatsoever, try to clarify.

Not sure exactly what your asking but maybe this will help.

Absolute strength is basically your limit strength. Relative strength is the amount of strength you can lift in relation to your body weight.

Lets say you have 2 lifters, one 150 lbs and one 250. If they both bench 275, the absolute strength for both lifters is the same. However, the relative strength is greater in the 150 lb lifter because he is putting up the weight at a lower body weight.

I was going to respond to this last night during Prime Time, but truthfully, I had no idea what you were trying to say.

Or are you asking about the periodisation of different rep schemes?
Mesocycle? Macrocycle?
A meso cycle in this case would be a breif preiod of time like 3-12 weeks.
A macro cycle would be a series of mesocycles spanning 6-12 months.

Wheres Mertdawg? He’s good at this stuff.

arent they one and the same thing…?

For me Relative Strength(1-4RM)is improvening strength without to increase the bodily weight or the Absolute Strength(3-6RM)…

Those definitions are wrong. Relative is in relation to your bodyweight.

The conclavity of one’s strength indices preferentially defer to one’s (80%3-4RM) starting-endurance potentiality, ciao?
