700 Back Squat with Light Reverse Bands about a 110 out of the hole and completely deloaded at top. This was the heaviest thing I have ever felt. I didn’t even think I was going to be able to pick and barely could rack it if it wasn’t for Brit pulling me forward I wouldn’t have. 80 pound PR.

Alpha thank you means so much coming from you have been following you for ever thank you. My best lifts as of to date…
Squat: 600 for a single
Bench: 325 Paused- have horrible shoulder issues holding this back.
Deadlift: 500 for 3 sets of 7 2 weeks ago and 585 for a single.

Every time I check in here you’re killing it on the squat. Keep it going Reed!

Sulli I swear that was the heaviest fucking thing in the world just picking it made my eyes feel like they were gonna pop out. I literally couldn’t move once I stood back up. If Brittany hadn’t pulled me forward I probably would have died on video right there.
