    That’s a day you won’t forget for a long time. I’ve seen a lot of guys decrease their ROM to get something but you have always held true to your form. Nice job, congrads and welcome to the club my friend!

Thanks for the congrats and birthday wishes sorry I have been so short and not very active. I am working on my ISSA Cert, Plus school and trying to get my clientele up as a trainer so have been quite busy. Ill probably only be posting up PRs and things like that just to keep it going. Obviously Ill still try to answer any and all questions or comments that come my way.

Total MISS LOAD. Was supposed to be 455 for 8-12. But, some how we forgot to take off some weight… 100lbs to be exact. So I guess I’ll take a totally unplanned unaware walked out 555 for 3. Second rep was kinda high but, you have to take into consideration I thought I was broken since I thought this was 455.

Also hit 315 for 8 with a slingshot easy after 5 x 3 with 250 and 250 for 11 no sling both PRs
