Reducing Muscle Size

Lose fat, not muscle.

I think you need to get your head on straight. You are going down a wrong path here.

Bring back MuscleTeen.

i dont think his legs are small to normal size

my thighs are 27" at a height of 6" and i have a bitch of a time finding pants that are the correct waist size that dont constrict my thighs

im not saying im big, but it isnt the norm unless his waist is 40" or something crazy like that

Dude - current men’s fashion is not a good way to measure if you are well built or not.

Exactly. Most Men’s clothing wasn’t designed for anyone but very sedentary people. If your goal was to just fit into what is considered “normal”, why did you ever lift weights in the first place? 25" thighs are thin unless he is 5’5". I still would like to know which calculator he used because at 5’10", a wrist just over 6" is pretty damn small as well.[/quote]

you said 26 inch thighs was normal, i said it was not

mens fashions is made for normal, i never meant to imply well built

im not saying the kid is jacked

and i certainly dont think he needs to lose muscle

a key question is waist size, if he has a 30 inch waist and 26 inch thighs, that is pretty good

You hang out with some skinny-ass people then.

Men’s fashion is for skinny, muscle-less metrosexual girly men. Unless you are talking about work boots, jeans and flannelette shirts. And wife-beater singlets.

Ok - Common ground at last.

That would be pretty good - on a woman.

I didn’t say that. I said that 25" is skinny. It is.

Men’s fashions are made for SEDENTARY men. I have friends back home who don’t even train regularly but who do still play basketball on a regular basis who couldn’t fit into pants made for a 25" leg. I don’t know many people who are ACTIVE, let alone involved in bodybuilding, who don’t have at least some type of problem finding decent clothes that fit well. If you actually fit into a store bought “medium” anything, you are one skinny son of a bitch.

Don’t humor this clown. He claims his 35.8 thigh comment was a typo but, despite his poor math, he applied the same number to determine the 15.1 inches he would need to reach his “ideal” 21.7.

Elementary, my dear Watson.

HAHA according to that thing I should have 16 inch bi’s a 45 inch chest and whopping 24 inch thighs.

I didn’t know the ideal male physique was that of someone with aids.
