im 2 weeks out before a bodybuiding show
and still training heavy.
any point to reduce the load or volume
of training before the show?
if so by how much %?
and also what is the best way to get more leg defenition in this last 2 weeks? more reps?
more isolation movments?
Check out an article by Swolecat on here which discusses prep for about 10 days prior to a show. Search the forums as well, a couple of years ago there were a ton of precontest threads going on.
