Hey everyone. I am a week away from a natural show and I just wanted to know if anyone has some diet, supplement, or preshow recommendations for me? I think that I have an okay plan but I would appreciate any help from anyone…or any secret tricks of the trade to help me go in as lean and hard as possible…thanx…T-mag kicks ass!
Don’t freak out in the last few days and change anything. A lot of people cut calories too much in the last week and come in looking flat. Don’t do legs the last week (smooths them out) go light on the oil, is this your first show?
I agree with A Girl, don’t try anything new. Carb Loading, sodium, natural diuretics etc whould have been practiced already. If this is your first show, just try to relax and have fun. You are as shredded as you are going to get, you can;t loose much fat in the last week. Just Drink a ton of water towards the beginning of the week and cut back a LITTLE toward the end. Work on your posing, the more the better, It is really hard work and really does improve definition. Put on the finishing touches and HAVE FUN! Good luck
Hi try some vit-c as it works as a natural durtic and aslo don’t forget to relax and have a glass of red wine the night before it will help u get a good nights sleep
