Hello, I read supermarket oil is generally bad. Does this include the olive oils they sell? If so where can I get some high quality oil at a reasonable price? Thank you.
Go to www.4radiantlife.com they sell (spelling is off) Biryani unfiltered and unrefined olive oil. It’s expensive but Honestly there is no better olive oil on planet earth.

That Dr. Udo guy said somewhere that extra virgin olive oil is fine.
Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is what you need. It is the version that has undergone the least processing. You’re right about typical supermarket oils, they are generally garbage.
Most stuff from Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s should be ok.
Stick to imported extra virgin olive oil (Spanish, Italian, French). Expect to pay 10-15 dollars for the cheap stuff, or up to 30-40 for the good stuff. A brand I like is Unio. I paid 20 dollars for 3 liters.
