Cooking Oils

I was reading somewhere that it is not a good ideal to fry foods in oil (olive, my case). For example cooking you veggies with olive oil (garlic, my case again) becasue it creates some kind hydronated state. Any thoughts on this would be great.

Try using coconut, grapeseed, or avocado oil.

All have very high smoke points.

You can also try Rice Bran Oil. It has a very high smoke point. I get it at Trader Joe’s. Very economical.
