Recommendations for low carb diet books with meal plans

Any recommendations for a good book on low carb diets that includes relatively simple meal plans? My goal is to have less than 100 grams of carbohydrates per day, mainly from fibrous sources. My main reason for doing so is because my fasted blood glucose markers (fasted glucose and hemoglobin a1c), while within the normal range, are very close to the “prediabetic” range and always have been since I started keeping records (2013). My hemoglobin a1c was also in the prediabetic range in 2019 (5.7 at 187 lbs) and 2020 (5.8 at 195 lbs).

I am a 38 year old male, 5’10", 170 lbs. Current weight training plan is Tactical Barbell. This year I’ve averaged 2.76 hours of exercise per week, including 1.54 hours conditioning (mostly running or slow pitch softball).

I am not sure what specifically you are looking for in a book, but Robert Sikes “Ketogenic Bodybuilding” book contains very detailed instructions down to the macro on what to eat, and has a grocery list and some recipes

Basically looking for books that others here have liked that includes meal recipes focused on a relatively low carbohydrate diet. I’ll check out your book recommendation.

Tom Kerridge has some good stuff.

Also America’s Test kitchen has a decent keto book.
