I’m about to enter a stressful period (6-8 weeks) due to work circumstances (long hours, traveling, less than ideal sleep and diet, etc.) and will have to train on a mix of hotel gyms and may be able to hit a proper gym with barbells 1x per week (maybe 2).
What 531 Template do you suggest? I’m happy if I can just maintain my current physique and strength.
