Alright I felt creative this morning after I ate my boring 6 egg whites and fresh ham. I thought up a good ol’ recipe to have for lunch. I haven’t figured out a good name for it so I just told what it was; Fish in a Turkey.
It’s basically tuna fish in turkey slices.
Supplies:
4-8 thin slices of turkey (or favorite healthy meat)
1 can of tuna fish
1 hard boiled egg (just the egg white)
.5 tsp. miracle whip
.5 tsp. pickle juice, not relish it has sugar, you can use 1 tsp. if you wish.
Instructions:
- Mix the can of tuna fish, miracle whip, egg white, and pickle juice, until mixed together.
- Lay out a piece of turkey fill it with a good portion of the tuna mix so you can?t close it all the way and then put another piece of turkey to cover it all the way around. You may have to use a tooth pick to keep it from falling apart.
Makes: 4 servings
You can use hot sauce, or honey for sauce. I prefer honey for most of my sauce unless it’s Mexican.
