Thanks, man. Thoughts, @dextermorgan @rise80 @derrickb?
Go for the 7 that way you could also cut them in half if you wanted to.
From what I read about Tadalafil 2.5mg is the daily dose. I would probably say go with 3mg if itās going to be a daily use thing but I really donāt know what the consequences are of large doses of used daily. Maybe @unreal24278 can comment if there is any negative consequences when using more than 2.5mg/daily long term
Even 20mg daily appears to be well tolerated intermittently (up to 18 months). Granted a certain subsection of the cohort did experience adverse effects. The lower the dosage, the lesser the risk for encountering adverse effects
Try both dosages⦠I guess⦠see if you find a perceivable difference between the two
Then 7mg it is! Iāve seen people post having great pumps with 2.5mg daily so any amount can help.
I think Iāll go for the 7s and start by splitting them, then potentially increase the dose. Thanks, guys!

What happened to your avatar picture?
Felt like a change. Still brainstorming what Iāll put there next.
The GoodRx coupon was for 5mg (serious savings ā thanks, @bcostigan41!), so I went for that. Got a 30-day supply and just popped my first pill. Interested to see if anything feels different.
Oh youāll notice something, haha
Ever noticed elevated heart rate? I have a big work event tomorrow, so might be feeling a little anxious ā not sure if I should hold off on taking one before.
I usually take mine at 6:30pm every night @bkb333. For me, Iāve noticed it takes a little time to reach itās full potential for use⦠I want it in my system at least 4 hours ahead of go timeā¦and it has an insane half life of 16 hours.
Iām shocked the savings with goodrx⦠No idea how it works, but itās going to save me about $400 a year as long as that coupon is still good.
Interested to hear your experiences while taking it!
I mostly felt like I had more blood flow if that makes sense? Instead of cold hands and feet I almost had a pumped feeling and was really warm. I actually liked that part of taking it. It just made sensitivity worse for me for whatever reason so I donāt take it because of that
It might make sense to hold off if you are afraid it might cause issues on an important day though just to be sure it doesnāt create an issue
Yeah, itās crazy. And also shows how screwed up our system is when a free app can make drugs cheaper than the insurance we and/or our employers pay a lot of money for
Any changes in diet that effects intake and levels of carb / insulin will mess up RT3 and SHBG.
You are on cytomel. I would spend a good six months to a year focusing on eating whole meals and just eating when hungry. Once RT3 gets low you can get on armor thyroid and the body will get out of its defensive mode of creating too much Rt3. Guys SHBG can increase and decrease substantially via diet:
Just be careful man ![]()
I feel literally nothing on 20mg except dick stuff.
Itās like anything else. If the person has half a brain they always Google ā(name of product) + couponā before they buy anything.
True. If only half of America had half a brain. But alas
Thanks, brother. I definitely see how following a low-carb diet for years couldāve messed up by RT3/SHBG, but Iāve had carbs up higher for like 2 years now. I consume roughly 200-300g per day now (used to be carb-phobic, now I love 'em) ā and all from great sources aside from rice cakesā¦which arenāt exactly terrible anyway. I think if your ādirtiestā carb source is rice cakes, youāre killing it.
The one issue Iād have with what youāre recommending is eating substantial meals and only when very hungryā¦I love to eat every 3-4 hours and completely buy into the bro idea of 4-5 protein feedings per day to maximize muscle gain, lol. I usually eat around 8, 11, 2:30, 6, and 8.
It really doesnāt make sense that GoodRx can generate some code for hundreds of dollars off while insurance doesnāt even offer a fraction of that support. So strange.
