I’m a guy in my mid-50s and just started back to working out in January. I have back issues, specifically degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, and a herniated disc at L4/L5 that was repaired via a microdiscectomy about 9 years ago but I’m otherwise healthy. I had a physical before getting back to the gym and found my T levels were low so I’ve started on TRT as well. Traditionally I’ve been more of a cyclist and mountain biker though I’ve hit the gym off and on for years, just never consistently. I’m trying to change that now and to develop a consistent program that I can stick with.
