The lighting seems too accurate for a Photoshop job. Veins are a pain in the ass to replicate.

It’s a real arm with the veins slightly enhanced. His veins didn’t need any enhancing.

Anyone know how he’s doing?
He seems very happy, and by the looks of it, is coaching a friend on their physique.
Color them purple and he’d look just like Director Skinner on that one episode of the X-Files during season 6 or 7.
There is a kid at my gym is not big by any means but he is lean as fuck as has some sick vascularity like this. While they look similar, I dont think that is Frank McGrath’s arm. It will be interesting to find out though.
