I actually only looked at the pictures, read the first couple of lines and did cmd+f to see if there was mention of synthol.
Now I realise he’s going to be in the guinness book I’m even more horrified. It’s like giving someone with big long fake legs the award for tallest man. Tut tut.
“The bodybuilder was so dedicated to bulking up his arms he moved his whole family to America to gain access to better workout equipment.”
Funniest quote from the article.
Big Mo’s also pounding back 3 liters of shakes a day. lol

Weightlifting using heavy and light isolated weights
Daily diet includes:
3lbs of chicken
1lb of steak or fish
4 cups of almonds
various sources of carbohydrates
2 gallons of water
3 litres of protein shakes

Say what?

Why?
It’s the same as having the biggest tits in the world - neither are real.
The whole concept of Synthol is extremely weird to me, but then it is rampant in competitive BB and has been for years, these guys like the one posted just take it to a stupid degree.
it’s also pretty messed up that he just kinda looks like a heavy set dude. I mean obviously his arms are ridiculous, but if you ignore those he doesn’t look like someone who trains twice a day, every day to me…

What? This doesn’t scream “GYM RAT” to you???
Is he walking through a field of marijuana leaves?
That would explain the munchies.
His arms are actually the exact opposite of Popeye’s.
Is it possible to HATE someone with a white-hot passion, without knowing anything about them?
