What is your current diet looking like?

It’s not set in stone but revolves around a few staples. For instance, yesterday:

6:30am protein mug cake - around 45g casein protein, 30g oats, 20gr flax meal, cocoa powder, 300ml milk, sweetener of choice ~ 500cal, 55g protein, 35carb, 19gr fat

9:00 250gr quark cottage cheese with a handful of nuts and grains

10:30 turkey sandwich, some sort of seasonal fruit

13:00 300gr ground beef, bolognese sauce, 200gr spaghetti

15:30 (pre-workout) 100g cereal, 250ml milk, handful dry fruit

18:30 150-200g of some type of beef steak/chicken/turkey with 200g of whatever carb source (rice, spaghetti, buckwheat, beans or just plain bread dipped in the fat that the steak was seered in). 300gr side dish of grilled eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms

20:00 150g tuna chunks on rice cakes with grated cheese and ketchup, microwaved

21:00 bunch of fruit -apples, pears, whatever is in season

21:30 probably another mug cake like for breakfast - currently can’t get enough of these

22:00-22:30 gorging on peanut butter, and rye crackers. I need to limit this but can’t help myself

Edit: the above should put me at around ~4000cal

Diet looks awesome. PB is also my nemesis but lately my food has been increasing so I have been full at night during my normal “snack” period. I’m only at 3300cals and def will need to push it up to keep growing.

12 week update

Weight 92kg (202lb) => 104 kg (230lb)

Compounds:
Testosterone C 320mg/wk
Deca 700mg/wk
Masteron 200mg/wk

Strength increases:
Deadlift increased by 20kg/45lb for 5 reps
Bench increased by 15kg/33lb for 5 reps
Overhead press increased by 10kg/22.5lb for 5 reps

Overall work capacity for assistance exercises greatly increased (dips went from 10 bodyweight dips to 20 with a 22lb plate between legs. Likewise with pullups/chins)

Arm circumference increased by 1.5 inches although no direct arm work

Added an inch and a half to my waist as well. But I guess that comes with the territory.

Back, chest and overall torso much thicker than before.

I still have about a month to go but so far my findings have been:

  • Aside from a bit of a rise in blood pressure, I tolerate nandrolone rather well, at least from a mental standpoint.

  • No deca dick. This could be attributed to the added masteron and caber i am running alongside.

  • Caber is a wonderful drug, whether you have high prolactin or not. I’m in love with it’s nootropic effects, namely the heightened libido and great mood. HOWEVER… after taking 0.5mg twice a week I felt some pretty dreadful symptoms- very tired, i mean extremely fatigued, a complete loss of appetite and nauseousness accompanied with diarrhea whenever I would actually eat something. I was certain for sure it was the deca and that I would have to cut my cycle short. Thank goodness for doc Google showed I had all the side effects from caber. Anyway, ceased taking the caber for a week until the symptoms went away. Now I take 0.25g once a week with no sides but with lesser positive effects as well.

I’ve increased my calories to about 4500. Admittedly I haven’t been tracking my macros as diligently as usual during the holiday season; I’m pretty much eating whatever I want and get my hands on but making sure that at least protein intake is above par.

During the last month I may hold at 105 kg of bodyweight and aim for a little recomp/tightening around the midsection while hopefully increasing strength. Or I just push towards 108kg and recomp come springtime.

Looks like the most successful bulk I’ve ever seen. Extremely jelly of all of it.

Well to be completely open I do end one weekly training session with three sets of curls just to soothe the ego before calling it a day. The rest of the arm work comes from all the heavy pulling and pushing exercises.

It’s the 700mg Nandrolone. It bulks me like crazy at much lower doses but I can’t handle the side effects. Well done, great drug if you don’t get sides. Hope you keep a good bit, but my experience was otherwise.

Thanks! I’m happy if my log helps anyone out. Currently leaning out, taking 130mg test C. My BP has never been this low, systolic consistently between 105-110. Better than pre-TRT! I admit to taking 0.05mg clonidine (half a pill) nightly just for sleep and built up anxiety instead of the benzos I used to pop like candy.
