LOL, thanks OG! Had a major RIF at work, which has kept my team incredibly busy the last 2 weeks. I’ve only gotten about 4 sessions in and a couple of days with just cardio work. Maintaining, but nothing to write home about. Looking forward to catching up on some logs!

Not really Cav. I’ve been experiencing them for 15 or so years now and I kinda know what my triggers are for them. However, some of those are unavoidable due to work and etc.

Thanks man. At this point, I’m used to the tension and pressure they cause. They’re only temporary and a lot of people have to deal with a lot worse issues, so I can’t complain too much. The thing that sucks about them is that they generally take you to a point where you just need to shut down.

Hope you’re getting moving again. You back lifting?
