x3. Picture of said black skirt.

LOL you ladies crack me up. I succumb really easily to peer pressure, pic is uploading to my computer now.

Yesterday’s training: Deadlift and OHP deload.
Was really excited to finally get back in and train, until I got to the gym proper. Felt very blah. Kept the workout short and sweet, in and out in 40 mins.

(1a) Deadlift 3x5:
40% = 100 lbs x5
50% = 125 lbs x5
60% = 150 lbs x5

(1b) DB OHP 3x5:
40% = 35 lbs = 17.5 lb DBs x5
50% = 40 lbs = 20 lb DBs x5
60% = 50 lbs = 25 lb DBs x5

(1c) Chin-ups: 2/2/2/1

(2a) Cable Pull-throughs 3x10: 12 plates

(2b) Weighted chins 3x1: 5 lbs/10 lbs/7.5 lbs
=> Thought I’d try these for shits and giggles. 5 lbs went up easy, 10 lbs was a BIG struggle, 7.5 lbs was tough.

(3) 1-leg lying ham curl 4x6: 3 plates; last 2 sets left leg only

That was that!

No training today. Just WAY too much junk the past few days. And too much food in general (I don’t often say that). I feed my feelings. Time to get that shit back under control, before I slide back into other unhealthy behaviour regarding food.

Camera is taking too long to load pics, and I need to get off the comp… I promise, pic of said skirt and ass will be posted tomorrow. :stuck_out_tongue:

I also promise to again catch up on all the logs tomorrow. Hope everyone’s having a good week so far!

I am sorry to hear about your loss, and I’m very sorry I’m late. It looks like you’re handling things with strength, class, and fortitude. Its wonderful that you got to spend time around loving family members. You seem to seek out the positive in most of your life experiences which is a beautiful trait!

I’m glad to see you got back to the gym, I betcha feel great and all stretched out and recoveryish. Don’t worry about the eats, I’m sure it was worth it while it lasted(esp. brunch mmmm mmm), and its all about the pendulum when it comes to life and diet. Sometimes the splurge is just necessary. You’ll be back on track in no time. I’m reeling in my diet right now as well, so we can be diet integrity buddies. I can’t wait to see the skirt!!!

40 minutes? i woudln’t know what to do with myself? LOL…did time fly?

^As promised.

Owlie - Thank you. You’re so right about the ‘pendulum’. I’d love to be diet integrity buddies with you! Will we be keeping each other on track, or telling each other it’s ok when we slip and binge? :stuck_out_tongue:

Spirited - Time did fly! It felt good to keep is short and quick though.

Work this morning, then squats this evening.

Partially caught up on the other logs… will try to finish up this evening after work.

Holy Shite is that bubblicious!

Ok, back to SAMA. See Ya’.

Lookin’ good! Fiu! Fiu! (LOL that is my sorry attempt at an online whistle) ;0)

Blue that is a fantastic curvy ass. I just want to rub my face all over it, and paw it and then curl up around it…mmm

HAHAHAH! Jesus Blue! I think you need a license to operate that. Freaking love it.

Good work on the weighted chins! Aren’t they “fun”

^ seriously!

x2

Love how the men lurk for the ass pic. Just love it.

Rachelle, that is one out-of-control ass situation you’ve got there. Your description was entirely accurate.

Haha! See, I wasn’t lying about the ass in the skirt.

Print - love that you were first to post. How is SAMA these days? Haven’t had a chance to venture in there in a while.

Spirited - I would have thought you’d be better at the cat-calls. Judging from your avatar, you must hear them on a daily basis. :stuck_out_tongue:

Nlmain - Literally lol’d. Please, feel free to do just that!

Masch - Yeah, I think I’m near the point where I need to start beeping when I back up. Ha! I actually did love the weighted chins - even though I only did singles, gotta admit it felt a little bad-ass.

MiM & Bear - Thanks!

Snapper - I love it too! Not surprising, though.

Kimba - I’m nothing if not honest.

Today’s training: 5/3/1 Cycle V, Week 1

(1) Squat 3x5:
65% = 120 lbs x5
75% = 140 lbs x5
85% = 160 lbs x7
=> Rep #7 was slooooooow going up!

(2) DB RDL 4x10: 55 lbs

(3) BB step-ups (to bench) 3x12 (6 per leg): 85 lbs/55 lbs x2 sets
=> Got a little over-zealous my first set. Did I mention I hate these?

(4) Band leg curls blue band, 6x12: First 2 sets for both legs, final 4 sets for left leg only
=> Focused on being explosive and pushing through a full r.o.m. with my left leg (that’s been an issue for me).

(5) Plank 2 x 60s

(6) Tabata (stolen from Mmgalb): 35 lb DB swings & BW squats
14/17/13/16/13/17/13/17

(7) Bench ‘up and overs’: 20 reps/16 reps (1 rep = jump to one side of bench, then back to other side)

Now I’m home eating, and about to watch Glee!!

Yeah, how do I get one?

out of control ass? mmmmm, not hardly! that is bootylicious to the max. i can’t come up with anything worthy of it, i’ll just say that i loves it.

great training there, i love the tabata set. 35 db swings is pretty serious for a tabata set-awesome! since you mentioned needing to make sure that dress will fit you, i suggest making that tabata stuff a staple in your training. or Betty’s circuits or that fat loss circuit training i did (40 sec of cardio between weight sets) complete ass-kickers for calorie burn!

do you like this cat call better? Am I freaking funny or what?
