Nice work on the weights (there are these things called elevators thought you should know), also congrats on the Seahawks, while you did not suit up for the game you deserve congratulations based on geographic specificity.
I didn’t suit up, but I did get beat up just watching that blood bath. I almost puked three different times.
I rooted for the Niners (transplanted NYer and Giants fan) purely due to geographic obligation, but I will readily admit that I would speculate Carroll is a much, much nicer human than Harbaugh.
No training since Wed. Thursday I flew into LA to buy an older Audi convertible; drove it to a bachelor party in S. Lake Tahoe; then drove it back to WA Sunday. I didn’t eat much on the trip and this morning I was down to 213.8 pounds. All-on-all a pretty good trip.
I have major car fever. I’m slowly leaning towards a C6 Vette. I’ve owned German and Asian for lot of years, except for Trucks.
Congrats on the car purchase and weight loss. Hope you get some sun to enjoy.
Still no training–I’m crushed with work–but my diet has been strict. I’m down to 209 pounds this morning. I’m up early to get some work done, then I’m going to try and break away to take the boy for his first-ever ski lesson this after noon.

A C6 Vette would rock. Here’s a quick pic of the S4.
Awesome I have a red S4 not a convertible. Had Stasis Engineering do upgrades so its putting out 413Hp…
Enjoy the sled
I love S4s. This is my second. My first one was a 01/B5 Stage 2+ with similar numbers (upper 3’s for HP) to yours and its was a rocket. This one is a stock V8 (except for exhaust) and I can really feel the extra 1000 pounds the convertible brings, but the weight also makes it feel planted. It has plenty of get up for my needs and I really love having the drop top. Also, the V8 rumble makes me forget that its piggier than my old one and slower to 60.
