Raw Power

Congrats Jack! Way to go!

I’d say I’ll race you to 400/300/500 at 198 but you’ll get there before I will so instead I’ll just be spiteful.

Joe, spiteful works for me.

Whoa! Hey, Jack! Been a while since I stopped in to say hello but have been following. Dropping weight but staying strong/getting stronger?! Nice - and congrats!

Edit: PC timed out and posted twice…must be making up for not saying hi in so long. LOL

Jean, thanks for stopping in!

Morning BW 209.0.

5’s day, squats, TM 360.

Squats: 45 x15, 135 x5, 185 x5, 225 x5, 270 x5, 305 x10.

Front Squats: 135 x5, 185 x3, 225 x3, 265 x1 (dumped attempt at double).

Notes: I had a pancake refeed today, and man o man was it good. I was happy with squats, but a bit surprised 265 didn’t go for a double. Next time.

I think perhaps a photo of said physique is called for here.

Snapper always has good ideas.

Morning BW 208.8. Press today, maybe some skiing as well.

As far as pics, I’m still waiting on Pete’s full frontals. That said, maybe when I hit 199 and can see an ab or two.

Thanks Rick! An aussie pullup is just a body-weight row. I put the smith machine on the lowest setting to use like a pullup bar and put my feet on a bench so they are slightly above the bar, get in the upside-down plank position, and start rowing. I am really liking these.
