That conditioning workout is killer.
You so hawt mama <3
Why didn’t anyone tell me about this log?
I remember being in awe of your numbers in your old log way back when. Good to see that you’re still killing it. I’m a little late to the party but I’ll be following along.

Yesterdays DEADLIFT Workout:
I decided since I went so heavy on squats on saturday to go a little lighter and do reps yesterday.
Deadlift: 135x10 185x8 225x6 255x4 265x4 275x4 285x1 (I worked too hard on the 1st rep to keep going, here is the INTUITIVE training MiM)
Sprints: 10 sprints 60yds
Later that day…
Pullups: Wide Grip, reverse grip, neutral grip, 2 sets of 3 each
Pushups: 5 sets of 10
20 minutes on elliptical
(I am getting a little burnt out so today is going to be an off day to recover…probably lay in the sauna at the gym and get nice a hot and sweaty…lol)
Howdy.

Well hello there handsome…thank you for stopping by ![]()
Yesterdays BENCH day
Bench: warm up 95x4 115x3 4 sets of: 135x2
Overhead Squats: 45x10 75x5 85x5 3sets of 95x5
Push Press: 4 sets 95x5
KB Swings 35lbx20
Pushups bwx10
Knee in crunches bwx20
all in a row 4 times
15 min on treadmill
Bench Press days are SO anti climactic for me…I wish I could love them the way I love squats and deadlifts…

Simple solution: bench more!
Problem?

Really though, have you thought about adding more benching in? With bands, reverse bands, DB’s, incline, decline, floor pressing, board pressing, etc? REALLY breaks up the borning anti-climacticness (new word, you’re welcome) of just regular flat bb benching.
How are you progressing for your upcoming meet? Things moving along like you expect?

Love me some troll dad…but Ink has got a point, you do flat bench, then call it a day. It is much more enjoyable to hit it from all angles (incline, flat, and decline) with all possible tools (everything ink mentioned) and it will make your overall bench press better.
If somethin is a weakness, hammer it until its not.
Lol thanks boys… you are right I do need to break up the monotony or “anti-climacticness” (thanks Inky). These last 6 weeks were meant to let my body recover before I get into training for Nationals. I am just trying to maintain my strength in everything and then actually try to get stronger starting next week or the week after…not sure.
I also have this stupid girly fear of gaining a lot of muscle (I promise, I really do gain it fast…Im not paranoid.) so I dont do any assistance work. The only assistance work per se that I do is for my glutes and hamstrings…Other than that is just squat, deadlift and bench. Everything else I do is because I dont mind gaining the muscle that comes with lifting heavy. So I let my strength go up as it will and see what happens. I am still relatively new to lifting heavy(less than a year total) so I am still making some rookie gains.
After Nationals hopefully I will get invited to the Arnold and if I do I will probably start training like a PLer to get some impressive numbers cause I REALLY want to go to USAPL Raw Worlds in Sweden. Otherwise I just lift how I like to.
(Which means my bench press will have to SUCK SO BAD with a max of 155 until I train heavy again lol)

Try masturbation. Very efficient and will allow you to get your much-needed rest.

Raw Nats is a cool meet. Worlds is under the jurisdicion of the IPF, not USAPL. Good luck with that. You’re obviously a very talented lifter.
Gotta capitolize on the newb gains, and get as strong as you can as fast as you can. I bet if you trained your assistance stuff right, you wouldn’t gain mass as much as you’d gain strength. Just trying to help you out, keep the anti-climacticness to a minimum
So what are you planning to do for your meet prep then?
Hot and sweaty, restless and hungry…you crave my head between your legs…biting your thighs…you’ll cry for me?

You just described the nights I cant sleep and masturbation is worthless…I will give you all the tears you want.
Todays SQUAT workout:
Squat: 135x10 185x6 225x4 275x1 295x1 315x1 (<-------FUCK. YEAH. I hadnt squatted this since before my meet in April!!!)
Good Mornings: 45x10 75x8 85x8 85x8
Single Leg Stiff Legged Deadlifts: 3sets 30x8
I am so FREAKIN pumped I squatted that. There is just something so badass about seeing 3 plates on each side of a barbell I just squatted…I kept the volume down for the rest of my workout because I am doing a meet this weekend&dont want to burn out and not recover.
I’ve only seen one girl squat 315 in person and it was pretty crazy, nice work!
wow that is some legit squatting!
Wow…that’s a great squat for a raw, female lifter. GL @ your meet.
