So today is my last day of lifting, yesterday was supposed to be my bench press day but I didnt end up getting to the gym…The inner struggle between bench press (blech) and laying out in a bikini instead was too strong for me to fight so I didnt bench. I will today, and then deadlift. With my meet on Saturday I am just keeping things light and hitting some cardio.
I have to drop some water, any one know any safe, not gonna F me up ways to do this? I need to drop about 5 lbs of water by friday or saturday. I dont want to be locked in a sauna or anything but I want to make sure I get this off of me…I will let you all know how lifting goes!!

Bench Press: warm up 95x3 115x1 135x1
Deadlift: 135x10 185x6 225x4 275x1
I feel like I have a really good amount of energy so I am just going to do some low intensity cardio just to burn some calories and sweat…
