So I dont know what the fuck is going on with dudes but considering Nikki has been dealing with her issue I had one on sunday. And it RUINED my wrkout yesterday. So I have this very good friend, I will call him Schmoe. Well I have been friends with Schmoe for almost 3 years. He is also my boss. (For about a year and ahalf now.) I work in a gym as a trainer by the way. He has also been friends with my 2 most recent boyfriends and we have dieted for a show together.

He and I have never had anything between us (at least not on my side, and I am SURE not his side, he saw what my boyfriends went through and knows better.) but we have opened up to eachother about relationships and stuff. Anyways, needless to say a really good friend, not super close but I think we could count on eachother. Well, he had hired another employee a few months back who I will call ā€œThe Colonelā€ (dont ask) and we became instant besties. He promised me he would try to not have sex with me&we have been inseperable.

So, I was talking to the Colonel on sunday and apparently Schmoe had cussed him out in front of some perspective clients and said something like,ā€œWell, its probably because all you do is hang out with that loser friend of yours,ā€ referring to me. Loser? WTF? He had also said on friday, (yeah like 4 days ago friday) ā€œWow, she has really let herself go to shit…she doesnt workout anymore, doesnt even train with good workouts (let me tell you all I helped the Colonel put on 30lbs in 3 months, assisted, yes. but still.) blah blah blahā€¦ā€ Uhhh,again…WHAT.THE.FUCK? I have let myself ā€œgo to shit?ā€

i havent been working out? You all have seen what I have been doing since the week after my meet. I just started working out at another gym so he hasnt seen me. But, ouch. And for some unGODLY reason I put on 6 lbs in 3 weeks so i ended back up around 150& i had a GIGANTIC complex about especially with my shoots coming up. So yeah…it was fucking greatness. He also said of my ex boyfriend who has idolized him for 2 years, and who is wanting to be a bb-er, that he is a fat fuck that needs to diet@16weeks out, that he is an idiot with too many issues to deal with, (bad knees&back)and just some other nasty shit.

Now everyone who I have told this too has been 100% shocked he would treat me this way. Apparently he has been a monster cock sucker to everyone except me and my ex&I had no idea. Im talking about everyone in the gym hates him. Its so needlessly dramatic and has caused me too much stress at this point but I just needed to vent.

I am the kind of person that I strive to not only not talk shit but to make others feel good. Including Schmoe. He had even been incredibly encouraging of me through all of my shows and workouts and stuff and had bragged about me as a trainer. I just dont understand it.

Anyways, I will post my bench workout in a little bit from yesterday. If any of you have actually read all of this, I super appreciate it. And if you ask me in a pm i will send you an extra special pic from one of my photo shoots ;). This offer ends at midnight my time. It is 11:18am.

Seriously though, it sucks, but its life. Ive worked at a gym, both as a simple attendant and as a trainer, and people get sand in their vaginas for reasons unknowable to sane people, and the trash talking starts. Live above it and be better than it.

Haha no, he is very strong actually, over 400 bench, over 600 deadlift, and squat i bet. I wont take anything away from his strength.

MONDAYS BENCH WORKOUT:

Pullups: 5x2-3ish

Bench Press: warm up 95x4 105x4 115x4 125x3 125x3 125x3

Overhead Squat: warm up 5sets 95x5

Pushups: 10sets 10 1 min rest

Lateral Raise, DB curl, Arnold Press 3 or 4 sets

StairClimber 45min

So today I have been up since 1:30am. I went to sleep at 11:30pm and@1:30 i was ready to go. Fuck. Yeah. I had a client to train@7am and I thought I would be able to go back to bed but I laid there. The whole time. I had to get up to eat twice because I was awake to feel hungry.

The combination of even MORE drama with some one else (i wont go into this story) and an extremely high sex drive that keeps me awake at night (good thing I dont juice…i would be out of control)I didnt have a prayer at falling asleep. So I deadlifted@6am. After 2 hours of sleep and then commenced a brutal hamstring slaughter.

DEADLIFT WORKOUT: Unfortunately I didnt set any records but it was a great insomnia workout…

Deadlifts: 135x10 185x8 225x6 275x4
Trap Bar DL: 3 sets whatever the bar weighs+90x10 3 sets +140x10
Waist Height Step Ups: 4 sets 15lbx10
Kettlebell Swings: 5 sets 20 35lbs (for the ass pump of course)

Like I said, no records broken but i feel pretty good and I am about to take a nap. Hoping to do some cardio@the gym I work at…at least let people see I still workout every once in a while…

Then me and 3 other people did a miserable wheel barrow race. I Including pushups&handstand pushups.

Then I went to a different gym to hangout with a friend and did an upper body workout.

Pullups: different grips 5 sets of 3-5

Lat Pulldown: 4 sets 70lb 15reps
Pushups: 4 sets of ten

Cable Lateral Raises: 3 sets of ten (behind the back)
Face Pulls: 3 sets of 15

Cable Curls: 3 sets of 15
Cable Pressdowns: 3 sets 15

Track Sprints: 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m (i will probably never do these again…)
100yd Sprints: 5x (walked back rested 30 sec)
Bleachers: 8 sets
Car Pushes: (slight incline) Chevy Cavalier +1 person
3 rounds acrss parking lot

I really dont follow a program at all…Intuitively I guess would be the best word for it, good call…I just listen to my body and do what I believe works best for me. I have done a TON of research and write out programs for people ALL the time so I always have to pay attention to other people bodies also. I literally pick what ā€œdayā€, squat, bench,DL…and so that lift and then whatever else I feel like that I think will help me accomplish my goals. Being a female trainer I get a lot of hesitation from people to believe what I have to say so I let my numbers speak for themselves. And the fact that I train myself to get there, gives me even more of a reputation that I know what I am talking about. :slight_smile:
