I did about 20 min of agility ladder drills and some short distance suicides. The field I wanted to sprint on was taken up.
Deadlift: 135x10 185x6 225x4 275x1 315x1 335x1 (I felt like showing off a little…lol)
High Step Ups: BWx10 15x10, 20x10, 20x10
I felt awesome after this workout but I am a little sore today. Its just an off day with some cardio.
Strong as shit. Cool log.

CONDITIONING DAY:
Sprints: Interval 1min run 1min walk 11minutes
5 100% max effort sprints 60 yards 9 minutes (including rest)
2" Fatbar Deadlifts: 90x10 140x6 190x2 215x2 225x2 (I just wanted to see if I could do 225lbs with a 2 inch bar)
Tire Flips: 2sets 10flips 1 minute rest between each set
rest 2 minutes
Sled Backwards Pulls: 145lb 100 feet
rest 3 minutes
Sled Harness Fwd Pulls: 145lb 100 feet
rest 2 minutes
Prowler High Sprints: 145lb 50 feet
Prowler Low Sprints: 145lb 50 feet
rest 4 minutes
Then I wondered, which would be the most challenging order for all of these? Tires werent too bad, the Prowler almost made me want to throw up…would it be easier to do them hardest to easiest? That way is was hard the whole time? Or should I do the easiest first so the harder were next to impossible? I decided to do the hardest (for me) first and make them in that order. All in a row. No rest. Keep in mind the reason I rested the amount of times I did before was because thats how long until I felt ready to go.

Sled Pull Bkwds 100ft
Sled Pull Fwd 100ft
Tire Flip 10 times 50 ft
Tire Flip another 10 times back 50ft
in 6 minutes.

In reading all of your work, I now feel it’s time to elevate my game a bit. You especially caught my attention with the “Super Soldier” bit. That is pretty much my line of thinking, although, I simply refer to myself (as well as everyone else) as a Beast. I don’t compete in PL or Strongman as I feel no pull toward those. Now, if it were a fight, then I’d be game. Welcome to TL, and I’m very glad you’re here.
One more thing…POST PICS. Cameras have this thing called “Timers”. They work.

My glutes were so pumped it was crazy!
Good Mornings: 4sets of 8 85lbs
Then I went to the local high school and ran the bleachers on the football field.
I ran 11 of them and they were 64 stairs high. I am completely smashed. It was an awesome workout though!
